Welcome to the Beam Squadron website (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website and services (the
“Site”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Site and Services

By using this Site, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a
parent or guardian. You agree to use the Site in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

2. Course Video Content

All course videos are strictly for streaming only through our platform.
Downloading, screen recording, saving, redistributing, or reproducing any portion of the video content is strictly
prohibited.
Violation of these terms may result in:
– Immediate account termination without refund
– Civil legal action, including but not limited to monetary damages, legal costs, and injunctive relief
– Criminal prosecution under applicable copyright laws

3. Digital Art Files

Digital art files are available for download only to active paid subscribers.
– Commercial use of digital art files is permitted only under an active All Access Subscription.
– Once your All Access Subscription ends or is canceled for any reason, all commercial use rights to digital files
terminate immediately, and you must cease all commercial use, including ongoing product sales incorporating the files.
– Files marked as “FREE” on the Site may be used for personal or commercial purposes and shared freely, but they may
not be sold or redistributed as original files.
– Files purchased individually (i.e., per-file basis) are licensed for perpetual use with the same restrictions – you may use
them to create finished products for sale, but may not resell or distribute the original files.
Unauthorized use or distribution may result in:
– Immediate termination of access
– Civil litigation, including damages and recovery of legal fees
– Criminal investigation under applicable copyright law

4. Account and Subscription

You must create an account to access paid content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
credentials.
By subscribing, you agree to the following:
– All subscriptions, including All Access Subscriptions, are subject to a 12-month minimum commitment. This reflects the
full value of the training program and associated resources. Early cancellation or nonpayment does not release you from
this commitment.
– Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
– Refunds are not provided for unused time or access after cancellation.
– If a subscriber cancels or fails to complete the 12-month subscription commitment, the remaining balance of the full
annual subscription will become immediately due.
– If the outstanding balance is not paid within 15 days of cancellation or failed payment, Beam Squadron reserves the
right to initiate collections or pursue legal action to recover the owed amount, including but not limited to court costs,
attorney’s fees, and applicable interest.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All video content, digital art, images, audio, and text are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, transmit, modify, or use any content without explicit written consent.
Violations may result in:
– Legal action for damages (up to $150,000 per infringement under U.S. law)
– Seizure of infringing products
– Criminal penalties, including possible imprisonment

6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

– Reverse engineer or tamper with the platform
– Circumvent any DRM or access controls
– Use bots or automated systems to access content
– Infringe upon intellectual property rights

7. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important. We collect only essential information (e.g., name, email, payment) to provide services.
– We do not sell or rent your data.
– Data is securely stored and used to manage your account and improve services.
– We may use cookies and similar technologies for functionality and analytics.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice for violations of these Terms or any misuse of
the platform.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Content is provided “as is” with no warranties as to accuracy, reliability, or availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from
your use of the Site.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via email or posted on the Site.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, U.S.A.

13. Mandatory Arbitration and Legal Actions

Any claim brought by you must be submitted to binding arbitration in Alabama before initiating any legal proceedings.
– Arbitration costs are your responsibility
– Legal actions without prior arbitration violate these Terms
Exceptions where we may take immediate legal action without arbitration include:
– Breach of Terms
– Unauthorized use of content
– Copyright infringement
– Platform misuse or legal violations
